UPDATED OCTOBER 17, 2026

Website & waitlist privacy

This notice covers the Curbwild website and its optional email waitlist, operated by Taoftware LLC (Taoftware Games). A separate notice will cover the released game.

Your email, for this game

When you choose to join, we store your email address, selected game, signup and consent dates, consent wording version, and the website you used. We use them for that game’s development and launch emails. Joining one game does not subscribe you to the other game or general Taoftware marketing. We do not sell the list.

Signup is for people aged 16 or older. If you are younger, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up using their own email. A waitlist place does not promise a release date, access or a free game. No automatic confirmation email is sent at signup.

Leaving & deletion

After signup, save the management link to leave the list yourself. Future update emails will include a removal link. You can also email taoftware@gmail.com from the subscribed address to request access, correction or deletion. Leaving deletes the active signup record. We keep active signups until you leave, or at most 12 months after this game’s public launch or cancellation. Provider backups may expire later under their retention practices.

Hosting and abuse prevention

Cloudflare delivers and secures the sites and stores waitlist records in our private Cloudflare D1 database. It may process technical request data such as IP addresses and browser details. For signup abuse prevention, our application briefly processes the IP and stores a keyed hash in time-limited counters; it does not store the raw IP in the waitlist. Expired counters are cleared on later requests. We do not expose subscriber lists publicly.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver the game update emails you requested, from games@taoftware.com. Resend processes recipient addresses, message contents and delivery information for this purpose. Each update includes a removal link. Joining the list does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Browsing

Images and fonts are self-hosted. We do not request your location, create an account, add advertising trackers or set our own cookies. Website game previews run in your browser. Email links open your own email application.
